This year from 16th – 20th of May UN Global Compact Network team is organizing a number of meetings, where invitation to participate also received PriBalt Capital. Venue is Copenhagen, Denmark. Meetings will include: (1) exchange of experience sessions within the European Network (16th and 17th of May), (2) UN Global Compact Annual . . .

. . . Meeting (18th of May), (3) UN Global Compact European Regional Annual Meeting (19th of May) and (4) Regional Meetings for Networks Delegation (20th of May).

The aim of scheduled activities is to discuss and share experiences on issues of: (1) Anti-Corruption measures and models, (2) Women's Empowerment Principles – Equality Means Business, (3) Caring for Climate (Annual Meeting), (4) Responsible Investment in High Risk areas, (5) Children’s Rights and other issues arising out of the United Nations Global Compact 10 principles (more detail information about scheduled sessions can be found in an article accompanying materials).

Meetings will be unique in the point that for the first time, the UN Global Compact will convene annual meetings for Global Compact practitioners who are engaged in the initiatives working groups, Local Networks and issue platforms. Solely with regret I have to say that those who are not the members of the Global Compact, this time will not be able to participate as mostly all sessions are for members (with invitations) only.
